    Born 1956,MBA. Graduated from AnHui University Foreign Language Dept. He speaks English and French. Started his own business in 1987. He immigrated to Canada in 1990. Now he is a Canadian Citizen with permanent residence in Vancouver, BC, Canada. With the experience as a China Market sole manager of a Fuel Cell Canada Inc. Ian Cheng has served as a Senior Member of Shenzhen Energy Saving Association in 2002. He is a Member of China National Lighting Association. Since June 2002 he has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of HONG DE QIN Hi-tech Development Co.,Ltd a China-based manufacturer of high-tech energy saving products. The company also focused on developing solar and wind resources for power generation to meet demands of alternative environmentally friendly sources of energy. Twenty years experience in factory management and energy saving technology lets Ian Cheng a great confidence to manage these innovative, leading company of modern China.
